The Role – Ground Operations Manager
The Deputy Ground Operations Manager supports and deputises the Nominated Person Ground Operations (NPGO) in the safe, compliant and efficient delivery of all Ground Operations activities. The role combines operational control responsibilities with team leadership, compliance oversight and continuous improvement of the Ground Operations Department.
Key Responsibilities
Flight Planning and Operational Control
• Prepare crew briefings and provide operational support to flight crews.
• Coordinate permits, slots, handling arrangements and all ground services required for company flights.
• Prepare operational flight plans, weather briefings, NOTAMs, performance calculations and associated flight documentation.
• Liaise with handling agents, FBOs, fuel suppliers, authorities and other service providers.
• Monitor flight progress and provide operational support throughout all stages of flight.
• Ensure all operational activities are conducted safely, efficiently and in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.
Team Leadership
• Assist and deputise the NPGO in the management of Operations Officers.
• Support recruitment, training, performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Promote a positive team culture and ensure staff welfare, engagement and productivity.
• Lead or support departmental projects and process improvement initiatives.
Compliance and Departmental Oversight
• Act on behalf of the NPGO when required.
• Support compliance with applicable regulatory, safety and company requirements.
• Participate in audits, investigations, corrective actions and Safety Management System activities.
• Assist in maintaining Ground Operations procedures, manuals and emergency response arrangements.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure effective operational coordination and service delivery.

The Role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager capable of structuring, leading, and executing the marketing strategy for Astonjet, with a strong focus on brand positioning, content, and high-end client acquisition.
Based in Malta, you will play a key role in elevating the brand image, driving qualified leads, and supporting business growth in the luxury aviation segment.
This role requires a hands-on approach, combining strategy, content creation, and execution in a premium and fast-paced environment.
Your mission: Build a strong and aspirational brand for Astonjet while developing high-performance marketing channels to attract and convert a high-net-worth international clientele.

Develop high-end corporate presentations aligned with Astonjet’s luxury positioning
Guarantee consistency across all brand assets and communication channels
Acquisition & Performance Marketing
Develop acquisition channels (SEO, paid media, partnerships, referrals)
Optimize performance (lead generation, conversion, ROI)
Implement tracking and performance dashboards
Align marketing efforts with commercial objectives
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, operations, and leadership teams across the group
Support commercial initiatives and client acquisition strategies
Contribute to partnerships and brand development opportunities
You must have:
A Master’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communication, or a related field
Significant experience (5+ years) in marketing, ideally in luxury, aviation, or premium services
Strong expertise in WordPress (website management, SEO, content)
Proven experience in content creation (photo/video production, storytelling)
Strong experience in corporate communication (press releases, brochures, presentations)
Experience in digital acquisition (SEO, paid ads, performance marketing)
Excellent writing skills in English (French is a plus)
Strong understanding of luxury branding and high-end client expectations

The Role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager capable of structuring, leading, and executing the marketing strategy for Astonjet, with a strong focus on brand positioning, content, and high-end client acquisition.
Based in Malta, you will play a key role in elevating the brand image, driving qualified leads, and supporting business growth in the luxury aviation segment.
This role requires a hands-on approach, combining strategy, content creation, and execution in a premium and fast-paced environment.
Your mission: Build a strong and aspirational brand for Astonjet while developing high-performance marketing channels to attract and convert a high-net-worth international clientele.

As First Officer, you will assist the Captain in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft. You will uphold the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and service, representing Astonjet Limited with discretion and excellence in all client interactions.
Main Duties
Assist the Captain in the preparation and execution of all flights in accordance with company procedures and aviation regulations.
Ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of passengers during all phases of flight.
Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections and ensure all relevant documentation is completed accurately.
Support flight planning, weather analysis, and performance calculations.
Maintain open and professional communication with the Captain, crew, and ground personnel.
Foster a positive, safety-focused cockpit environment and uphold the company’s service standards.
Participate in recurrent training to maintain high levels of proficiency and compliance.
You must have:
EASA ATPL License or CPL Licence
Type Rating: Dassault Falcon 7X is mandatory
Flight Hours: Minimum 500 total flight hours
Languages: English proficiency (ICAO Level 5 preferred)
