The Role – Captain on Cessna Citation Latitude
Astonjet Limited is seeking a qualified Captain on Cessna Citation Latitude (C68A).
As captain, you are responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft.
The ideal candidate will need to be a standout flight crew while seeking excellence in every aspect of his/her performance. Operating in a high-end market, interpersonal skills and exceptional service and commercial awareness are essential.
Responsibilities
Leadership & Crew Management
Act as leader of the crew, fostering a synergistic, professional, and healthy team atmosphere.
Coordinate, supervise, and monitor the crew’s duties to ensure:
Strict adherence to SOPs
Optimal workload distribution
Highest operational and service standards
Delegate tasks as appropriate to qualified and authorized crew members while retaining full command responsibility.
Operational Responsibilities
Be fully responsible for the safety of all crew members and passengers and efficient operation of the aircraft in all phases of operation
Ensure full compliance with Astonjet Limited Company policies and Flight Operations procedures
Represent Astonjet Limited with professionalism at all times.
Safety & Compliance
Actively promote Astonjet Limited Safety Culture and the use of the Centrik Safety Reporting Tool in a just culture environment.
Report all accidents, incidents, and occurrences to the Safety Manager in a timely manner, making best use of Centrik.
Lead by example in safety, compliance, and professionalism.
Job requirements
Valid EASA Part-FCL ATPL
Valid ME-IR(A) and appropriate type/class rating
PBN endorsed
Advanced UPRT completed or multi-pilot aircraft type rating held
MCC completed or multi-pilot aircraft type rating held
Valid EASA Class 1 Medical
Clean criminal background check
Clean drug test
Flight hours:
Minimum 500 hours as Pilot-in-Command
Minimum 500 hours IFR
Language:
English FCL.055 Level 4 minimum
Fluent French
Current C68A type rating appreciated
TRI qualification on type appreciated
