The Role – Crew Training Planner
The Crew Training Planner will report to the Crew Training Manager and will support the Crew Training Department in preparing and organizing training sessions for our flight crew members. This role offers a fantastic learning experience with opportunities for growth.

The chosen candidate will liaise with various training organizations and scheduling agents to ensure crew duties are organized safely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and organizing training sessions for flight crew members.

• Maintain accurate training records and documentation.

• Coordinate logistics for training events, including scheduling and material distribution.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, aviation regulations, and safety standards.

• Participate in ongoing learning to enhance skills and knowledge in crew training.

1. Specific experience in a training role will be considered an asset.

2. Hands-on, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.

3. Strong interest in aviation and crew training.

4. Excellent communication and organizational skills.

5. Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

6. Positive attitude and proactive approach to responsibilities.

7. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and other office software.
