The Role – Owner Account Executive
The Owner Account Executive is responsible for managing the day-to-day relationship with aircraft owners, acting as their primary point of contact within the company. This role ensures the seamless coordination of all aspects related to the owner’s flights.
The Owner Account Executive plays a key role in aligning internal teams (operations, finance, airworthiness) to deliver a high-end, personalized experience, while safeguarding the company’s operational and commercial interests.
Key Responsibilities
· Primary Point of Contact:
Act as the main liaison between the aircraft owner and the company, ensuring clear, professional, and responsive communication.
· Flight Coordination:
Manage the full process of owner flight requests, from booking and operational planning to dispatch follow-up and crew coordination.
· Invoicing and Financial Oversight:
Coordinate the issuance of flight invoices, track payments, and ensure accurate financial records through the owner portal or internal tools.
· Operational Interface:
Work closely with operations, CAMO, finance, and commercial teams to align aircraft use, maintenance schedules, and cost management with owner expectations.
· Reporting & Transparency:
Ensure accurate and timely data entry in the owner portal, providing clear visibility over operational and financial performance.
· Client Relationship Management:
Build long-term trust with owners by providing a high level of service, anticipating their needs, and resolving issues proactively.
· Support During Aircraft Onboarding or Exit:
Assist in the integration of new aircraft into the fleet or transition of aircraft leaving the management program.
Job requirements
· Mandatory: Advanced-level hands-on experience in flight operations / business aviation operations (dispatch, OCC, aircraft management, charter operations, or crew operations
· Strong understanding of aircraft management, charter operations, and owner expectations
· Excellent communication skills in French and English (other languages is a plus)
· Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and reactivity
· Comfortable working with flight planning tools, CRM systems, and digital reporting platforms
· Strong sense of customer service, discretion, and professionalism
· Flexibility to work outside regular hours or travel if needed
· Team-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
