We foster a collaborative environment where everyone contributes to delivering exceptional services and supporting our company’s growth. Our passion, innovative thinking, and dedication to exceeding expectations set us apart as we continually push the boundaries of excellence.
The Role - VIP Flight Attendant – Cessna Citation Latitude
Astonjet is expanding its Citation Latitude fleet and is looking for experienced VIP Flight Attendants to join our growing team. As a VIP Flight Attendant, you will be the face of our brand: the person our clients trust to make every flight not just comfortable, but truly unforgettable. You will be responsible for delivering a highly personalised, five star cabin experience onboard one of the most sophisticated midsize jets in private aviation. From managing cabin inventory and coordinating with our trusted supplier network, to upholding the very highest standards of safety and luxury hospitality, every detail is yours to own.
This is an opportunity to be part of a close knit, forward thinking team that takes pride in everything it does, values its people, and is genuinely invested in your growth. As Astonjet continues its exciting expansion, real opportunities for professional development and career progression await the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Be the first and lasting impression our clients carry with them, welcoming each passenger with warmth, attentiveness, and a genuinely personalised touch that makes every flight feel exceptional.
Take ownership of safety and security onboard, ensuring full compliance with aviation regulations and protocols at every stage of the flight.
Deliver a seamless, high calibre inflight experience, from beautifully presented meal and beverage service to thoughtful amenity distribution and entertainment support.
Work hand in hand with your flight crew to create a perfectly coordinated operation where every detail is executed with precision and care.
Manage cabin inventory with diligence, build strong supplier relationships, and coordinate orders to ensure the aircraft is always stocked, prepared, and ready to impress.
Go the extra mile in every pre flight preparation, working closely with the sales team to anticipate client needs, action special requests, and deliver a service experience that consistently exceeds expectations.
Job requirements
Proven experience in business aviation on midsize to heavy jets is essential, you know what excellence looks like and you deliver it consistently.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to engage professionally and positively with high profile, discerning clients.
A genuine passion for service, with exceptional attention to detail, a solution focused mindset, and the composure to perform at your best under pressure.
Highly organised, discreet, and effortlessly adaptable to the ever evolving needs of both our clients and our operations.
A refined knowledge of wines, fine dining, and multicultural etiquette that elevates every aspect of the onboard experience.
An unrestricted passport and the right to live and work within the EU.
Fluent in English at C1/C2 level; proficiency in French is a significant advantage and warmly welcomed.
Based within a two hour call out time from Paris Le Bourget (LFPB), or ready and willing to relocate.
