The Role - VIP Flight Attendant – Cessna Citation Latitude

Astonjet is expanding its fleet of Cessna Citation Latitudes and invites experienced VIP Flight Attendants to join our dynamic team. In this rewarding role, you will be the key ambassador for our valued clients, delivering personalised, VIP service onboard one of the most advanced and comfortable midsize jets available. Your responsibilities will include managing cabin inventory, collaborating with trusted suppliers, and upholding the highest standards of safety and hospitality, ensuring every flight is seamless and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients and deliver exceptional, personalised service, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the flight.

  • Ensure the safety and security of all clients during the flight, adhering to all aviation regulations and protocols.

  • Provide high-quality in-flight services, including meal and beverage service, amenity distribution, and entertainment assistance.

  • Collaborate with your flight crew to ensure smooth operations and a flawless customer journey.

  • Manage aircraft inventory, coordinate orders, and maintain supplier relationships to ensure all requirements are met.

  • Prepare and organise in-flight services, ensuring all details are meticulously handled prior to each flight, while coordinating with the sales department to address client feedback, special requests, and specific needs for enhanced service experience.

Job requirements

  1. Proven experience working in business aviation on midsize-heavy jets is essential.

  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and positively with high-profile clients.

  3. Customer-focused, with exceptional service skills, attention to detail, solution orientated and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

  4. Organised, discreet, and adaptable to changing needs of the client and operations.

  5. Knowledgeable in wines, fine dining, and multi-cultural etiquette.

  6. Unrestricted passport and rights to live and work in the EU.

  7. Fluent in English (C1/C2 level); proficiency in French is highly advantageous.

  8. Applicants must either reside within a 2-hour call-out time from LFPB or be willing to relocate.
