The Role
Astonjet Limited is seeking a passionate and experienced VIP Flight Attendant to join our team, operating on the Global 7500. As the dedicated ambassador of the onboard experience, you will be the primary point of contact for the aircraft owner and their guests, delivering seamless, personalised service that is guided by their individual preferences, standards and expectations. You will anticipate needs before they are voiced, manage the aircraft's inventory, coordinate with suppliers, ensure impeccable cabin presentation, and uphold the highest safety standards. Your focus will be on delivering a bespoke experience tailored to the owner on exclusive owner flights, extending the same standard to guests and charter clients as required.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome the owner and their guests on board and deliver a seamless, personalised service directed by their preferences, ensuring comfort, privacy and satisfaction throughout the flight.
Learn, record and anticipate the owner's tastes and routines, tailoring every detail of the experience to their individual standards and adapting promptly as those preferences evolve.
Uphold the highest standards of safety and security, maintaining full compliance with aviation regulations and company procedures.
Provide exceptional in flight service with meticulous attention to detail in meal and beverage preparation, presentation, and the overall cabin experience, always reflecting the owner's expectations.
Work collaboratively with the flight crew to ensure efficient operations and a consistently superior level of service.
Oversee aircraft provisioning, including inventory management, catering coordination, and supplier relations, to guarantee readiness for each mission and alignment with owner preferences.
Prepare and organise all elements of the onboard experience, liaising with internal teams to act on owner and client feedback, special requests and individual preferences.
Job requirements
Proven experience in business aviation on large cabin or heavy jet aircraft, with a demonstrated ability to deliver VIP level service on Global 7500 operations.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the professionalism and poise required to engage discreetly with an aircraft owner and UHNW clientele.
Strong service focus, combining outstanding standards, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to perform calmly and efficiently under pressure.
Highly organised, discreet, and adaptable to the dynamic requirements of the owner, their guests, and flight operations.
A genuine instinct for anticipating preferences and building a trusted, lasting relationship with the owner.
Well versed in fine dining, premium wines, and international service etiquette.
Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an asset.
