The Role – Ground Operations Officer
Astonjet Limited is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Flight Dispatcher to join our operations team. You will play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient and seamless flight operations for our corporate clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate flight operations in Europe and worldwide, including routing, weather analysis, payload considerations, and operational constraints.

• Build complete flight planning packages and operational documentation for flight crews.

• Coordinate with flight support providers, handlers, and operational partners to ensure all pre-flight requirements are in place.

• Organise ground services related to flight preparation, including fuel arrangements, handling, catering, crew accommodation, and ground transportation when required.

• Obtain, verify, and manage overflight and landing permits prior to departure.

• Coordinate airport slots and ensure all operational clearances are secured before flight release.

• Act as a key point of contact for sales and operational partners during the pre-flight phase

• Previous experience in flight dispatch or flight operations, ideally in business aviation.

• Solid understanding of international flight planning and pre-flight operational processes.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple flights simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

• Clear and professional communication skills
